The Columbian College Dean's Seminars are designed to give CCAS students in their first year as freshmen the opportunity to work closely with a faculty member on a topic of interest to them.  Each class is limited to twenty or fewer students and taught by senior faculty. Students may take one Dean's Seminar each semester of their freshman year. CCAS Dean's Seminars are open to CCAS students who are not members of special programs with designated first year requirements.
