I am an assistant professor of political science and international affairs at The George Washington University. I teach classes in international trade and international law. My primary research interests are in the study of international institutions, especially dispute settlement mechanisms in international agreements such as NAFTA and the World Trade Organization. I am also engaged in a study of the judiciary and formal international legal status of Hong Kong, China.
