Sabrina Minor, Vice President for Human Resource Management and Development and Chief People Officer

A long-time member of the university community, Sabrina Minor joined GW in 2013 and has held several roles in human resources as a Human Resources Director, assistant vice president and interim vice president and chief people officer. Previously, she served in several key human resources roles in the district government, which includes the mayor’s office, Department of Human Resource, DC Public School and the Chief Financial Officer. She received her B.S. in human resources management and development from Strayer University.Sabrina brings more than 20 years of human resources experience, including performance management, workforce development, employee relations, talent management, organization development, classification, and change management.
