Statement in response to U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, decision to deny the University’s appeal, November 29, 2006

The University is disappointed in the decision because we would prefer that all affected faculty members have had a full and fair opportunity to cast ballots in the election. Because we have just obtained the ruling, it is obviously premature to comment on next steps at this time.
