Kenny George, MFA ’08, displayed Pacguy on exhibition at Flashpoint in Washington, D.C., as part of FotoWeek D.C. Pacguy features a cocktail-style arcade game that borrows its format from the Pacman game. George used an image of himself to replace the Pacman icon.

In December 2009, three sculptures by Adam Peiperl, BA ’57, were displayed at an Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain reception at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington to celebrate Bahrain’s 38th National Day.

Terry Gay Puckett, AA ’58, was named the 2009 Artist of the Year by the San Antonio Art League & Museum. The museum exhibited “Terry Gay Puckett: 64th Artist of the Year” from Sept. 13 through Oct. 25, 2009. Puckett is a multimedia artist known for her work in watercolor, collage, acrylic painting, and vitreous enamel.

Ann Terbush Schaefer, BA ’69, was featured in a Frederick News-Post article about the opening of Gallery 322, a new art gallery she shares with four other artists in Frederick, Md.
