Undergraduate Residence Halls by Year

GW's residential house system converts traditional residential halls into theme-based houses that focus on providing academic readiness and character development opportunities. This unique living program is tailored to the individual interests of each of our many, diverse students.

Greek Housing

A number of Greek organizations maintain chapter houses with living arrangements for members on the GW campus. From 8-30 students live in each house. Eight chapters are individually housed in Greek Townhouse Row. International House, Strong Hall, and Building JJ are also home to a number of chapters who reside on individual floors. Seven chapters, Alpha Epsilon Phi, Alpha Epsilon Pi, Βeta Theta Pi, Sigma Delta Tau, Sigma Nu, Sigma Psi Zeta, and Ζeta Beta Tau reside in individual houses within the GW campus. Four chapters, Delta Tau Delta, Phi Sigma Kappa, Sigma Chi, and Τau Kappa Epsilon are housed within the campus boundary in independently-owned houses.

These chapter listings are for Academic Year 2013-2014 and are subject to change annually.
