Columbian Women Scholarship informationThe Columbian Women are a group of GW alumnae who offer scholarships to eligible GW students each year.

The Cotlow ProjectSince 1990, the Lewis B. Cotlow Field Research Fund has supported anthropological exploration around the world by GW students.  It was created by a $150,000 bequest from the estate of Lewis Cotlow, an explorer, author, and filmmaker who attended GW.

Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students at the George Washington University are eligible to apply; preference is given to those in anthropology programs but students in other programs who do anthropological work are welcome to apply.
