Erik Kenelm Winslow, Ph.D

Dr. Winslow received his PhD and MS from Case Western Reserve University and BS from Pennsylvania State University. He joined SBPM in 1969. His work includes behavioral science, work motivation, career change and organization development. He consults to the National Geographic Society, Software Productivity Consortium, EDS, Western Kentucky Regional Medical Center, Air Line Pilots Assn, Satellite Business Systems, Computer Sciences Corp, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, USDA, Federal Emergency Management Assn, Bureau of Census, USAID, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Reserve Board, US District Court System, Leadership VA, Bell Atlantic and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the International Council for Small Business. His recent publications include The Issue of Motivating Entre- (Intra)-Preneurial Behavior; The Culture of Technology: Promise or Threat to Human Dignity; Development, Productivity and Innovation: The Human Side; and Developing a Measurement Profile of Entrepreneurs.
