Advanced Entrepreneurial Processes: Learning from women leaders

This course is designed as a follow on course for students who have taken Course I or as a stand alone for graduate students with interest in small business and entrepreneurship. This course uses a five-module live case featuring VIPVIP Desk CEO, Mary Naylor, to examine the data, dilemmas and decisions confronting leaders of post startup entrepreneurial ventures as they address the following challenges:
- 1. Developing business models that create and sustain value
- 2. Accessing and using post startup capital
- 3. Building effective management teams
- 4. Creating growth-focused sales and marketing strategies, and
- 5. Evolving a company within a changing business environment
