Wertlieb Institute's Advisory Committee
Each year, the Wertlieb Institute names experts in the long term care field to serve on its Advisory Committee. The 2002-2003 Wertlieb Institute Advisory Committee consists of 22 national leaders in long term care management, policy, and finance who are instrumental in identifying emerging long term care issues and providing strategic input to the Institute. Committee members offer input regarding course content, continuing education programs, and other educational opportunities. They also identify strategies for increasing awareness about the mission, goals, and education programs offered by the Wertlieb Institute, and they serve as a professional development resource by providing insight into career opportunities for students and alumni. The committee meets twice a year in Washington, D.C. at GW's Foggy Bottom campus.
