Megan Whittemore

Megan was a member of the 2005 Undergraduate USFPI program and Reporting US Foreign Policy. Subsequently, while attending a Public Diplomacy event held at the George Washington University and featuring Karen Hughes, she posed a question to Under Secretary Hughes. It addressed the potential role of students and the youthful generations of America as a resource for public diplomacy to reach out to the younger generations abroad. Karen Hughes invited Megan to gather a group of students and meet with her further to discuss the topic.
