| Each year, Grae Baxter, Executive Director of the University Honors Program, issues a call for student volunteers to form an Honors Student Leadership Group. Students submit an application statement about why they wanted to be involved with this group. Members are selected on the basis of this statement with an eye to providing broad representation of all schools and classes. The group, which meets once per month during the academic year, serves as an advisory body to the Executive Director on all matters related to the Honors experience including academics, community life, and the future development of the program. |
