Reserve TRDA Department Spaces

If you would like to use a space, please fill out a space request form and submit it to the Main office, room 227 in the Marvin Center (located at 800 21st Street NW). Please keep in mind that we cannot accept space requests more than a week in advance. All forms must be submitted one week in advance.
Departmental spaces will be booked in order of priority on the following basis:
1. Classes & other academic activities (includes make-up classes, special presentations, etc.)
2. Mainstage Rehearsals
3. Faculty Research
4. Student Organizations*
*1. Student Orgs must be Registered with the Student Activites Center (SAC).
2. Groups must have a primary focus in Theatre/Dance and a Faculty Advisor in the Department of Theatre and Dance.
3. Contacts listed on reservations must be listed as an officer of the student organization on the SAC-Student Org Directory.
4. Reservations may be made no more than one week in advance.
RESERVATION REQUESTS FOR ACADEMIC/DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES WILL BE PROCESSED ON A ROLLING BASIS
RESERVATION REQUESTS FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS ARE DUE BY NOON EACH FRIDAY. AT THAT TIME, THEY WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED AND CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL BE SENT.
