The Office for Study Abroad's regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The office observes the University's holiday schedule and also closes from time to time for administrative functions.   If this is the case, the phone message will indicate how to proceed in the event of an emergency.

In Case of Emergency

In the event of an emergency abroad, please contact the Office for Study Abroad by phone, 202.994.1649.   Should you need to reach the staff concerning an emergency when the office is closed or during a University holiday,please contact the University Police Department, 202.994.6110, and ask to speak with the Shift Supervisor.
