Pamela Davidson
Assistant Professor of Sociology and Public Policy
Pamela R. Davidson completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 after receiving her PhD in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2002. She received her Masters Degree from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universitaet in Heidelberg, Germany. Her research interests are in urban policy, the economic wellbeing of children in single parent families, and applied statistical methodology.

Current Projects
Dr. Davidson won a GWIPP award that will allow her to further pursue research in the area of single parent households using complex, national-level longitudinal data. She is also a 2006 CoRAL faculty fellow that will provide her with support in implementing service-learning and community-based research in her teaching.
