Background
Award winning reporter, editor and author, worked at USA Today from 1983 to 2001 as Rewrite Editor, Washington/Foreign Editor and senior correspondent. Recent freelance work includes articles and white papers for the Carnegie Corporation of New York regarding bio-security, nuclear terrorism and North Korean Peace Talks. Additionally, since 2001, he has written for or served as consultant to Booz Allen Hamilton, National Defense University, U.C. Berkeley School of Journalism, The Freedom Forum and American Lawyer Media.
