Application forms can be obtained from SITA faculty representatives or study abroad offices on member campuses. You can also download an application form here.

The application deadline is March 1st for the fall semester and October 1st for the spring semester. Students are usually notified of admission within two to three weeks of the application deadline, and are required to send in confirmation materials and the non-refundable deposit within two weeks of notification to secure their place on the program.

It is essential to apply for a passport immediately if you are planning on applying, and you should also make an appointment with your personal physician or local travel clinic at the time of application. SITA requires passport information and a completed medical form at the time of confirmation.
