Strategic management involves designing competitive business and corporate strategies that fit the firm’s external environment, then making managerial decisions to carry out these strategies. This capstone course will develop your skills in diagnosing external opportunities and challenges, and formulating strategies to take advantage of external forces and firm capabilities.
