Abstract

The lecture will present preliminary results concerning Government Regulation and Litigation Reform. An outline of a systemic and cybernetic model for improving the effectiveness of government regulation and litigation will be covered as well.
 

Biography

Wladimir Sachs holds a PhD in Social Systems Science from the Wharton School, where he subsequently was a faculty member and director of the Busch Center. He also was a Visiting Professor at Erasmus University in the Netherlands, a high tech enterpreneur, and a mangement consultant. He is a Research Associate of the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning.
