Dr Notturno received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Columbia University.  He was a friend and associate of Sir Karl Popper, and has lectured on Popper's philosophy of an Open Society in over twenty countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.  He is the author of On Popper, Science and the Open Society and Objectivity, Rationality and the Third Realm.  He is also the editor of Privacy and Privacy Rights and Perspectives on Psychologism.
