Clinical Risk Management

Clinical Risk Management (CRM) is an approach to improving the quality and safe delivery of health care by placing special emphasis on identifying circumstances that put patients at risk of harm, and acting to prevent or control those risks. This site will provide resources related to proactive risk reduction and patient safety strategies, and will address the questions that typically arise related to areas of risk in caring for patients.

These services are available to any Resident, Fellow, Intern, Medical Student and Allied Health Student within the University, as well as other clinical services offered through the University. For further information, please see the FAQ page referenced below.
