Digital CIS Form
The Excel's macro security level must be at Medium or Low for the buttons to function properly (to change the security level, go to Tools, Options, Security tab, Macro Security).
Office of Research Training & Compliance (ORT&C) holds a monthly training/discussion session on the digital CIS forms on the third Thursday of each month from 10am to 11am. These sessions will be held at 2033 K Street, Suite 750 (conference room). The dates are as follows for 2008:
Thursday 6/19/08, 7/17/08, 8/21/08, 9/18/08, 10/16/08, 11/20/08, 12/18/08
