Navy ROTC at The George Washington University
Navy ROTC is offered on-campus at GW. Students may register for Naval Science courses through GWeb when registering for their fall and spring courses. Non-GW students wishing to participate in the Navy ROTC program must register through the
Consortium at their home institution. Visiting students should direct any questions concerning Consortium registration to the Consortium Coordinator at their home institution.

Army and Air Force ROTC programs are offered at Georgetown University and Howard University, respectively. GW students who wish to participate in either program must register for courses
each semester through the
Consortium.
Registration in Consortium courses must be requested on a
Consortium Registration Form. Consortium registration requires approval of your academic advisor and Dean
before submitting the form to the Office of the Registrar @ Colonial Central for final approval and processing. Registration forms must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar @ Colonial Central by the end of the Add/Drop period (end of the second week of the semester). Check the calendar for the exact date. The
visited school will not process Consortium Registration Forms until the General Registration period just prior to the start of classes.
