Well, there's a short answer and a long answer to that, and here's the short...Recess, GWU's oldest sketch/improv group is expected to maintain a certain level of professionalism in their shows. In order to ensure top quality, Recess has to pay for it all - hence the high production costs. Also, we own several timeshares in the caribbean.

No. This is what is termed an "urban legend," or just some story someone made up that became popular. The figure in the background of said scene is really just a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson a propman left by accident. In addition, no interior scenes were shot on location, they were done on a soundstage. Although this particular story is 100% false, hundreds have at least attempted suicide while viewing Chocolat . That's right Judi Dench...I went there and I'll do it again.

It is possible that you have not entered the correct path to perl on the University's server (for reference, it is usr/bin/perl). If that's what hung you up, well then congrats, that wasn't that hard at all. However, I feel as if you may have other issues. In order to protect the server's integrity, the system administrators employ the aid of a nifty little script called "cgiwrap."
