February, 2007 Form W-2 Information

Payroll Services mailed 2006 W-2s on January 26th. Your W-2 was mailed to the W-4 address that is in GWeb Information. To change this address you must complete a new Form W-4 and return to one of the payroll offices or fax to 202-994-9301. If you need to request a duplicate W-2 you must complete a W2 Duplicate Request Form, just follow the directions on the form.
