Why do you want to be a Recruitment Counselor?
If you were a Recruitment Counselor next fall it would mean that you would have to
disaffiliate from your sorority, effective at the end of this semester
through the end of recruitment. Why do you think that it is necessary for
Recruitment Counselors to disaffiliate before and during the formal recruitment process?
How would you handle a situation where you had a recruitee come to you and
she was torn between two chapters, one of which is your chapter? What
kind of advice would you give her without letting her know which sorority
you were affiliated with?
What do you think is the role of the Recruitment Counselors? How would you try and
fulfill that role?
In your opinion, what should be done differently with the formal
recruitment process and what changes would you make to the role of the Recruitment Counselors?
