Undergraduate Minors

Undergraduate Minors in Organizational Sciences, Communication & Organizational Communication

The Columbian College of Arts and Sciences offers interdisciplinary organizational sciences courses towards earning a minor in either organizational sciences, communication or organizational communication. The Organizational Sciences Group is an inter-disciplinary faculty from the specialties of: I/O psychology, Communication, Leadership, Strategy, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. The work we are doing in Organizational Sciences is anchored in a Human-Centered Systems Philosophy of Organizations.
