Biography
Gelaye Debebe is Assistant Professor of Organizational Sciences at The George Washington University and Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Gender in Organizations at the Simmons Graduate School of Management. Dr. Debebe holds a BS in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, an MS in Human Resource Development from The American University, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan Business School. She has taught Leadership, Action Research, Organizational Behavior, and Cross-Cultural Management. Her primary research is in the area of cross-cultural communicative competence and leadership development.
