About the Speaker:

Dr. P. Christopher Earley is Professor and Chair of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School. He is author of several books including Cultural Intelligence: Individual Interactions Across Cultures; Culture, Self-Identity, and Work; and Innovations in International and Cross Cultural Management.

About the Seminar:

Dr. Earley argues that in today's global marketplace, organizational members must possess cultural intelligence (CI). In this talk, he will describe and explore three essential facets of CI: cognition, the ability to develop patterns from cultural cues; motivation, the desire and ability to engage others; and behavior, the capability to act in accordance with cognition and motivation.
