Air Force Intern Program in Organizational Management (M.A.) - Virginia Square Campus (Arlington, VA)

US Air Force Interns
Cohort 10
Spring 2005

The Organizational Management (OM) Graduate Program is a cutting-edge Master's Degree Program designed to push the boundaries of Strategic Leadership. Our mission is the delivery of an integrated, individual-centered curriculum designed to provide students with a deep understanding of what it takes for individuals and an organization to excel in a global environment.

We accomplish this mission by providing a curriculum focused on courses in three overlapping knowledge areas: Strategy & Change Management, Leadership & Communication, and Performance & Talent Management. Graduating students emerge with an integrated package of theory, techniques, and tools - all of which help them to successfully manage their institutions' environmental landscapes. An interdisciplinary faculty, creating a foundation in systems thinking, drives the OM Graduate Program. The OM Program offers students the opportunity to complete the 12-course curriculum within two-years.

Students within the OM Master's program emerge with a multidimensional systems perspective, geared towards:

· Integrating solutions
· Synthesizing information
· Resolving conflict
· Sculpting organizations
· Driving performance
· Redesigning work processes
· Enhancing collaboration
· Leading and innovating
· Accommodating stakeholders
· Transforming culture
