The Careful Beginning of a Big Idea - The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation

In May of 2001, The George Washington University was awarded the Hewlett Foundation Grant as part of the General Education in Research Universities Program. The George Washington University utilized these funds to facilitate the improvement of the undergraduate program. With a commitment to fostering an exciting and interactive undergraduate environment, George Washington has proposed this project.
