The John T. and Catherine D. MacArthur Foundation has awarded GW's Space Policy Institute and the Security Policy Program, both part of the Elliott School of International Affairs, a two-year, $200,000 grant to establish a Security Space Forum. READ

Homer-Dixon Discusses Global Dangers
