GW Photo Exhibition Chronicles 75 Years of CBS Broadcast History

In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of CBS, which began broadcasting as a radio network in 1927, The George Washington University presents “America Through the CBS Eye,” a fine art photo exhibition of memorable images taken by CBS photographers. The exhibition begins Sept. 3 and runs through Oct. 18 at the Luther Brady Art Gallery in the Media and Public Affairs Building. READ

UPD Announces “Safe Community Initiative”

The George Washington University Police Department (UPD) is teaming with Sprint to establish a “Campus Watch” program calling for student volunteers to help enhance the safety and security of the Foggy Bottom community. GW is the first local university to partner with Sprint for this initiative. READ
