The Institute for Politics, Democracy & the Internet hosted a panel of Web video experts to view and discuss the funny, mean and sometimes obscene political videos on the Web. The institute also released a report titled Under the Radar and Over the Top: Independently Produced Political Videos in the 2004 Presidential Election. READ
