GW Bust at Mount Vernon

 

GW Donates Bust of George Washington to Historic Mount Vernon

A four-foot high bronze bust of George Washington was recently donated to Historic Mount Vernon by The George Washington University.  The bronze sculpture was originally a gift to the University from the family of the bust’s sculptor, Avard Fairbanks. READ

University officials broke ground Sept. 12 for the Transportation Research Institute facility located at GW's Virginia Campus. In addition to looking ahead, the event celebrated 10 years of accomplishments for the National Crash Analysis Center. READ
