Clinton Pays Crossfire's Carlson a Special Visit

With a shoe cake and signed book in hand, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton visited the set of CNN's Crossfire last week. Co-host Tucker Carlson previously promised to eat his shoe if the senator sold one million copies of her bestselling book, a mark which she surpassed.

Lobbying the European Union

In their first-ever joint effort, GW's Graduate School of Political Management and the College of Europe are collaborating this summer on two courses covering the politics, policies and lobbying of the European Union. In addition to taking a course currently underway at GW, 15 students will travel to Brugge, Belgium to study the inner workings of the EU. READ
