Media and Public Affairs Building
Jack Morton Auditorium

The MPA Building has a 244-seat auditorium with green room, make-up room, sound lock, control room and permanent installation of a state of the art high definition rear-projection system. An ideal location for any event involving important personalities, issues, and the working media, the auditorium provides complete connectivity from the stage, control room, down to the very last seat with fiber lines running between the participants and Washington's Audio-Visual Operation Center. From there, broadcast and cable media can both transmit and receive signal, through Verizon's switcher. Any instant feed can be picked up from this location plus be uplinked to a satellite, Web streamed, or all this can happen in the reverse order as well.
