Cline, Ph.D., assistant professor of Ancient History and Archaeology in the Department of Classical and Semitic Languages and Literatures at The George Washington University, lectures to the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington as part of the American Friends of the Israel Exploration Society Lecture Series.

The lecture, Jerusalem Besieged: Ancient Conflicts, Modern Propaganda is based on material in a book Cline is currently writing.  Cline is the author of The Battles of Armageddon: Megiddo and the Jezreel valley from the Bronze Age to the Nuclear Age (University of Michigan Press).
