Lecturer in Music and featured artist Elizabeth Field (baroque and modern
violin) is joined by guests Tina Chancey (baroque cello) and Steven Silverman
(harpsichord). The program includes
baroque and modern violin works by composers Jean-Marie Leclair (1697-1764),
Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750), Eugene Ysaye (1858-1931) and Johannes Brahms
(1833-1897).
The
