Eggs of All Kinds

Biology Demonstrations Accompany the Annual White House Easter Egg Roll

Dr. Ken Brown, a professor in GW's Department of Biological Sciences, along with doctoral student Kamali Carroll provided science demonstrations to thousands of children and their guardians at the White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, April 13.

Live frogs, fish, and sea urchin embryos were on display for the children to look at while learning about the biological development of eggs.

The display was part of the "Eggs of All Kinds" exhibit sponsored by the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
