The George Washington University presents a one-day conference that will address current issues related to the use of private contractors in U.S. military and stability operations, focusing specifically on lessons learned from the conflict in Iraq.  Panel discussions include Contract Management, Oversight, and Cost; Industry Structure and the Proper Role of Contractors; and Legal Issues and Liabilities.
