Phone calls are received on the Mid-Atlantic Center for Children's Health and the Environment (MACCHE) line -- (202) 994-1166 OR Toll free 1-866-MACCHE1 (622-2431).

All information is recorded on a form that is kept confidential. Patients needing to be seen in clinic are directed to schedule appointments by the evaluating physician-investigator.

For problems that don't require physician evaluation but can be address through brochures, fact sheets or other written material, the Center will forward the appropriate materials on request.

Please note that we do not respond to acute medical emergencies. In the event of any acute medical emergencies, call your poison control center at 1-800-222-1222 or your local 911 system.
