Dr. Steven M. Glazer received rabbinic ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary and a doctorate from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. He has served congregations in Lebanon, PA, Birmingham, AL, and Paterson/Oakland, NJ. He currently serves as Rabbi of Congregation Beth Emeth in Herndon, VA. Dr. Glazer has taught at the Jewish Theological Seminary and has served as Visiting Scholar at Harvard Divinity School and The Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies. He is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Jewish Theological Seminary's Rabbinical School. Currently an Adjunct Lecturer at The George Washington University, George Mason University, and Baltimore Hebrew University, he teaches courses on Jewish Ethics and on American Judaism.
