The Heyward Isham Fund for Russian and Eastern European Studies

The Heyward Isham Fund for Russian and Eastern European Studies was established by Ralph Heyward Isham in honor of his father, Ambassador Heyward Isham. This fund supports a range of IERES activities, including the hosting of visiting scholars from former Soviet countries; student and faculty travel for research; programs on Russia and former Soviet Bloc countries; and Isham Summer Language Study Fellowships.
