and human development with an emphasis in adult education and organizational

- Hold current certification as a Certified Business Continuity Professional
(CBCP) through Disaster Recovery Institute International.
- Over 12 years operational leadership experience in emergency response,
humanitarian assistance, and marine environmental protection and as a
Coast Guard unit commander and officer.
