The George Washington University Institute for Crisis, Disaster and Risk Management (ICDRM) is proud to announce the Second Homeland Security, Emergency and Risk Management Forum of the 2008 - 2009 academic year on Thursday, October 23, 2008.

Please note the start time of 5:00PM - refreshments will be available at 5:00 PM and the program will commence promptly at 5:10 PM.

Presentation Description:

Both presenters will be asked to outline their candidate's priorities for Homeland Security and Emergency Management. A period for questions and answers and discussion will follow the presentations.

Like all GWU/ICDRM Forums, this is expected to be a frank discussion under "not-for-attribution" rules, and therefore it is not open to the media.
