An employee summoned to jury duty should inform their supervisor of the jury summons as early as possible and attach the supporting court documents. Supervisors should forward all approved requests and supporting court documentation to Human Resources Information Systems for inclusion in the employee's record.
Employees are required to report to work on those days or partial days when court attendance is not required, unless otherwise instructed by their supervisor.
