The objective of the University compensation program is to establish and maintain salary rates
and make individual salary decisions that help you recruit, retain, and motivate highly
qualified employees. Guidelines and practices have been established by the University to provide
supervisors with an effective means to manage employee compensation and adhere to regulatory
requirements. The Department of Compensation Administration is available to consult with
supervisors regarding pay guidelines and issues.
