Workers' Compensation

All University faculty and staff are covered under the applicable State or District of Columbia Workers' Compensation Act for injuries or illness arising from and in the course of their employment with the University. It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that their employees follow the proper workers' compensation procedures outlined below.
