By offering a wide variety of courses and seminars, the Employee Training & Development Department (ETD) provides employees the opportunity to enhance job skills, knowledge and abilities thereby strengthening the services and operations of the entire institution. 

Our staff also consults with departments to assess organizational needs and recommend and implement appropriate programs. Courses in this schedule may be tailored to meet departmental needs. Please contact us for more information.

We maintain a resource center including books, journals, and audiovisual materials which supplement the topics covered in workshops. You are welcome to use these materials at your convenience.

Employees are encouraged to occasionally revisit a course in order to refresh their skills and to get updates on policies.
